Description
This black, water-resistant, lightweight cape of silk/polyester blend, has lines of gold in a pin-striped pattern in the fabric. Green, Chinese, silk patterned lapel, and red lightweight silk liner, culminates in a generously sized hood. The neck can be buttoned to convert into a cowl neck. The green embroidery is a silk-cotton blend. A crisscrossing strapping, over the chest, holds the cape in-place in high winds. This is a feature of all the cape designs.

They will perform the same intended functions as the prototype to protect the body from the elements, allowing the wearer to live their best possible life.
