Description
Normally worn in the fall and winter months, this silver design is a short cape that is integrated, in design, with a jacket structure. An added shoulder-width layer, above a functioning jacket, becomes something distinctive that exceeds both jacket and cape. A three-sectioned vertical collar creates a highly insulative collar completing protecting the neck and partially covering the head. Two half-circle top-zipper pockets connect the neckpiece with the shoulder and act as a structural reinforcing. Deep orange colored piping defines delicate crease lines and horizontal waistbands of gold reinforce the cape’s sides where it meets the waist. Gold Chinese silk/polyester cloth create the inner lining. Jacket is very insulated and minimizes reflection while maximizing insulation.
